It's usually just a small bug in the code.
There are a few things that could have caused this error, but it's our fault, not yours.
We've been notified of the problem and are working on a solution.
An e-mail has been sent to the system administrator. If this error is simple to correct it will be fixed within a few minutes.
If not, we'll put it on our high priority list to resolve this issue.
