By using annual report compliance, CorpDirect will be completely responsible for the management, monitoring, preparation and filing of your annual or periodic report filings. The service consists of our monitoring when initial or periodic corporate report filings are due to maintain the jurisdictional good standing at the Secretary of State level, or its equivalent, then preparing and filing the required reports using client provided information.

This service does not handle the filing of any tax related registrations or filings required in each state such as corporate taxes, property taxes, sales taxes, labor taxes, etc. We only monitor and file the following tax related filings as it is considered part of the annual corporate report required to keep the company in goodstanding (business privilege tax reports in Alabama, franchise tax reports in Arkansas, franchise tax reports in Delaware, personal property tax reports in Maryland, and franchise tax reports in Texas).
