About EMS
Use CorpDirect EMSSM to lighten the responsibility of managing data on corporate entities, including:
- Corporate registration date
- Jurisdictions of registration
- Charter number
- Fiscal year info
- Corporate principals
- Annual reporting requirements
- Agent of record
- Corporate contacts
- Filing events
- Service of process history and document images
- Annual report due dates
- Multiple alerts
Registered clients can view their entity records where we serve as agent on the Entities tab.
If the tab is not visible, sign in to view your records, or register if you do not have a username and password.
Search your entities from the EMS Dashboard
Filter by name, client/matter number, contact name, state and entity type. Click Where I am a contact to see which entities on which you are listed as a billing, annual report or legal & SOP contact. Need more options? Use the Advanced search for greater precision. Either way, the system remembers your search criteria.
Annual report filing and renewal calendars
Stay up-to-date with annual report filings or renewals using the Calendar tab. Click AR filings or Renewals to display the list of entities that have due dates that month.
View entities and export to Microsoft Excel
Sort entities by name, state, origin, client/matter number, charter number and service type. Page through your results or export them to Microsoft Excel for printing or mail merges.
