Everything on one screen
The most important entity data is available on the entity summary screen. Like all pages on our site, it prints out beautifully.
Verify and request updates
Ensure your entity's information is correct by clicking Edit entity. Update the client / matter number, notice type, tax ID number and fiscal year end, or request changes to the registration data. Click Request status update from the entity summary screen to instruct our staff to check your entities' registration with the state.
Full event history
Track what's happened by monitoring the event history. Download SOP document images and review the details of e-mails and letters.
Annual report listing
