Thank you for considering CorpDirect Agents for your agent representation. We will absorb the cost of switching your entities to us and only bill for the first year of agent services.

List price is $150 annually per entity. Volume discounts are available. Large projects may take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. If you need to make a change immediately, contact us for more information.

Review specifics on our processing and responsibility before you appoint us as registered agent.

After you decide to proceed with a switch, we will:

  • Perform a status check for all entities
  • Chart the status check results
  • Notify you of any delinquencies and how to resolve
  • Prepare all of the necessary change of agent documents
  • Send the documents to you for execution and return
  • File the documents at no cost to you
  • Bill for first year of agent service upon completion of the project

Delaware and Nevada charge relatively high state fees to file a change of agent document. If you have a large number of Delaware and Nevada entities, it may affect our ability to perform the change at no cost to you.
