CorpDirect Agents is launching a brand new www.CorpDirect.com designed to provide our customers with an advanced level, interactive resource! On November 15th, CorpDirect Agents is unveiling the new look and its more user friendly format, giving corporate, financial and legal professionals the first glimpse of what’s available. The new site continues to provide helpful industry information and news, but will now offer a variety of interactive and customizable tools that will better assist you in your job.

Based on our “nothing less than the best” philosophy, the site includes a number of helpful new features for users, including EMS which is an “Entity Management System” for our registered agent clients and LSR, our one of a kind Lien Search and Reporting System. EMS is designed to help lighten the mammoth responsibility of managing information on corporate entities, such as corporate officers, service of process history and annual report due dates. In addition, we are creating other interactive tools that will be made available throughout the year. Registered agent clients using EMS will be able to elect to use a corporate compliance function to tickle and track any business or tax requirements.

The Lien Search and Reporting system is our realization of a dream to develop a product that will ensure clients receive nothing less than the best in accurate and trustworthy lien search results. No other service company is providing a product with the sophistication of the LSR features. Behind the scenes, LSR uses historical abstracting tables that allow the comparison of a current set of lien search results against a historical set of lien search results for a debtor name to identify the validity of the results. The ability to scan for any errors in the results reporting such as missed filings that were previously reported adds a feature not available with any other reporting system. This feature dramatically decreases the likelihood of human error and ensures accurate lien results.

There are other quality control features like integrated jurisdictional tables ensuring correct locations are searched based on specific lien filing requirements. LSR ensures a tax lien search requested for New Hampshire is searched with the correct record custodians. Additionally, since LSR is a component of the CorpDirect service oriented application suite, which includes our order processing system, there is no rekeying of data when producing reports that could result in misspellings in debtor names or other important data. On the front end, LSR will allow clients to reproduce search reports, download filing images, produce project results spreadsheets and order update searches.

This is just the beginning of the new tools the web suite will offer through its Info Center, Service Center, Resource Center and Report Center. Upon signing in at www.CorpDirect.com, you will directed to your Info Center page that lists news, professional articles, upcoming events and seminars, agency closings, and much more. From the Info Center, you can select other centers to utilize their resources or you take the Shortcut To options where you have the ability to access what is important and relevant to you instantly without scrolling through multiple pages.
