Based on our "nothing less than the best" philosophy, CorpDirect Agents has developed CorpDirect EMS which is a web based "Entity Management System" for our registered agent clients. EMS is designed to help lighten the mammoth responsibility of managing data on corporate entities, including corporate registration date, jurisdictions of registration, charter numbers, FEIN, fiscal year info, stock structure, corporate principals information, and other information needed for annual reporting requirements, as well as agent of record info, corporate contacts, parent/sub relationships, filing events, SOP processing and delivery instructions, SOP history, SOP images, document images, annual report due dates, and multiple alerts.

In the near future, registered agent clients using EMS will be able to elect to use an add-on corporate compliance solution to tickle and track any other business license or tax requirement. In addition, we are creating other interactive tools to work in conjunction with EMS that will be made available through out the year such as a governance solution.
