Screening Services Package Discount
Fees below are based on a single service request on a subject name. Any of our screening services can be ordered as a set on a single subject name and a package service fee discount is applied. Our package service fee discounts are: $10 discount if two (2) services are ordered; or $10 off each service for three (3) or more services. A 20 to 25% discount is automatically applied on the below service fees for Registered Agent client accounts, plus an additional $5 off each service is applied when three (3) or more services are ordered. Orders must be placed using our order forms and release.
Credit History Report
- Single Bureau - $40 per search
- Two Bureaus - $54.50 per search
- Three Bureaus - $69.50 per search
Criminal History - County Level (7 years)
- $25 per search plus any county fee (without copies)
- 10 years available for $35
- Add $1 for each additional year
Criminal History - Statewide (7 years except FL)
- Florida: $38 service fee
- New York: $75 service fee
- Texas: $25 service fee
- West Virginia: not available (county only)
- Other states: $50 service fee
Criminal History – FBI Nationwide
- $75 per search
- Requires specific release and fingerprint card
Dossier Report
- $50 per search
- A search of databases for any public records info including addresses, property, vehicles, etc
- Can be used to verify address information
Driver's History
- $25 service fee plus $25 correspondent fee and state fees
- Florida: $25 plus $3.10 state fee

Education, Employment & Reference Verification
- $25 per search, per type, plus any 3rd party fee required
- Verification Types: Employment, Basic Reference, Supervisor Interview, Professional Reference, Personal Reference, Education, & Credentials.
Excluded Party (SDN) Search
- $25 per search
- Search of Office of Foreign Assets Control for Specially Designated Nationals, Terrorists and Drug Traffic Suspects as well as other parties excluded from conducting business with the federal government
Medicare/Medicaid Sanctions Search
- $25 per search
- Search of OIG Exclusions Database of parties excluded from participation in the Medicare, Medicaid and all Federal health care programs
Sex Offender Search
- $25 per search
- Search of state databases for offenders designated by the respective state as a sex offender
Social Security Number (SSN) Verification
- $25 per search
- Search Social Security Administration to verify valid SSN
Workers Compensation Claim History
- $25 per search
Are you familiar with the Fair Credit Reporting Act? You should be if you are using these reports for pre-employment or tenant screening purposes. Review our notice regarding the Fair Credit Reporting Act and review FCRA material on the federal guidelines for considering consumer information reports. We recommend Experian credit reports although Trans-union, Experian and CBI-Equifax available. CBI-Equifax search logic is rigid and may result in No Hit. Screening service request requires our consumer reports release form. Please note that most searches referenced here require the name, social security number and date of birth to retrieve accurate information. The last known address of the subject is usually helpful. Additional expenses may apply. Services not available for all states. Agency fees as well as transportation costs for copies obtained in workers comp or other searches are additional.
