Our Entity Management System (EMS) maintains data for your entities where we serve as registered agent. Submit this form to update contact information on file. During the process, you may identify which company contacts should have access to EMS, receive annual report (AR) reminders and receive service of process (SOP) notices. You must submit a seperate form for each entity.
